WHERE TO WEAR:
The patches can be worn anywhere on the body, but they are especially effective on: Arms, Forearms, Wrists, Hands, Lower Back, Elbows, Shoulders, Knee, Calves, Feet, Ankles, Hamstrings, Neck, and Mid-to-Upper Back.
HOW TO USE:
For PERFORMANCE, apply the patches 15-30 minutes before you begin a physical activity, and continue to wear them throughout the duration of the activity. Use daily for optimal results.
For RECOVERY, apply the patches immediately after activity and wear for up to 24 hours, upon which you will need to replace the patches with a fresh set. Use daily for optimal results.
For ACUTE OR CHRONIC PAIN, start with 2-3 patches to reset the inflammatory process (you may use more if necessary). Repeat daily for up to 10 days, then add or remove as you feel needed.

The Best is always last
We've been using the STAMINAPRO patch and have very good results. Recently talked with my VA Doctor and he stated that he would look into the product line for possible free of charge thus resolve the Veterans to pay out of pocket. 100% Disabled Veteran IFH Sr.

Wonderful for Sciatic pain
My friend attended a Pickle Ball tournament in Orlando this past summer and discovered these wonderful patches. I have had sciatic issues for about a year and was desperate for some relief my friend gifted me some patches to try and I now use them regulary. I literally could not sleep at night because of the dull ache in my right butt cheek but now I sleep and can move around in the day freely, pain free! Thank you for these amazing patches I couldnt live without them!!
