I love that the patches are simple light weight and they help keep me asleep with no side effects and great price - even better with a monthly subscription

The patches have helped me to sleep better after my evening run! I wear them every day. I stick them behind the ears, as directed. They are ideal sticky!! I wouldn't change anything about the power sleeping patches, great for better overall sleeping patterns. (which i highly need as an night owl!)

My husband has sleep issues and has non-diabetic neuropathy in his foot. He's had surgery which helped, but he goes through spurts where he is up walking at night and cannot sleep. I ordered these on the outside chance they'd help. Wow! What a difference! He sleeps soundly through the night with no tossing or turning. Amazing.

These things are awesome! They help immensely with feeling energized in the morning. I don't notice a huge difference with timing of falling asleep but I also scroll and watch tv going to bed.

I was surprised at how well the patches worked. Not only did I get to sleep quickly but I woke up feeling refreshed.
