Meet STAMINAPRO Ambassador, Emilee Hoffman, a professional golfer on the Epson Tour! When she isn’t training for long hours or competing in golf tournaments, Emilee loves spending time with her family and her 18-year-old dog, Raisin.
What motivates you to continue doing what you do?
It's definitely a grind. A lot of hours, a lot of practice, and a lot of sacrifices, but ultimately being on the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association) is my dream. I love to play golf. I love the challenge of it and I love that my family can be a part of it too. I have a dog who is 18 years old and I've had her since I was seven years old. We have this little dog stroller for her and even she comes to my tournaments. It's hilarious.
What’s something many people might not know about you?
In college, I took three years of American Sign Language courses. I just love it. I'm really passionate about ASL and wanting to be an ally for the deaf community.
What advice do you have for someone that wants to begin training?
For anybody who wants to learn the game, it's great to just go out and try it! Go with some friends and hang out. It's great to be outside and it's good exercise.
My advice for younger kids getting into the game would be to keep it fun. It doesn't have to be super serious or pressure packed from a young age. I know that when I was growing up it was all about fun and trying to become the best that I could be. It makes you love the sport instead of making it feel like something you have to do.
What's something on your bucket list that you want?
I have never gone to Europe, but I think it would be super fun to travel and play in a couple golf tournaments there. They have a couple of big LPGA events over in Europe and so it’s a dream of mine to go over there and play in those.
How did you discover STAMINAPRO and why has it remained a staple in your routine?
I was out golfing with one of my friends who’s a professional golfer and he was telling me all about the company. He suffered from really bad wrist pain and he was telling me how he loved it and how it had helped him. I get a lot of inflammation in my wrist so it was a similar thing. Once I finally tried STAMINAPRO patches it was really helpful. I could tell and feel the difference compared to other products I had used.
