DIRECTIONS FOR COMMON PAIN AREAS

AND PLACEMENT OPTIONS

Here are directions and examples of common inflammation areas and possible patch placements.  For best results, locate your specific areas of pain. Apply to the nearest flat area of skin on or near the area of inflammation.

Medium & Large Patch Placement:
Start with a medium or large patch on the area based on your level of inflammation. Initially, you may need to apply 1 large patch in each area to reset the inflammatory process. Re-evaluate your pain level after 24 hours. If pain persists, apply additional patches in that area.
